What does menopause coaching involve?
Menopause coaching is a practical, personalised approach to helping you understand what’s going on in your body and what you can do to feel more in control. It’s not one-size-fits-all — we look at your specific symptoms, lifestyle, challenges and goals. Together, we explore what’s most important to you right now — improving sleep, managing mood swings, finding the right support for HRT, or just understanding what stage of menopause you’re in.
Even in just one session, you’ll come away with:

Is the coaching fully online?
Yes, all sessions are held online, so you can access support from anywhere at a time that suits you.

What does it cost?
Prices start from just £47 for a single session, with package options available for ongoing support. You can choose a plan that works best for your needs.

What if I don’t feel ready to commit to a package?
That’s completely okay! You don’t have to commit to a full programme to start getting support. A single session can still give you valuable insights, personalised guidance and practical steps you can start implementing straight away. Many clients begin with a one-off session and leave feeling clearer, more empowered, and ready to take action — whether they decide to continue or not.

It's an opportunity for me to let you know how I work and to find out about your needs and goals. It's also a chance for you to see if I'm the right coach for you and to ask any questions you have. I’d love to hear from you!
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payment by credit card, PayPal and also Clearpay and Klarna so you can pay by instalments.
How long are sessions?
This is different for each service I offer. Take a look at my Services page to find out more about the different options available.
What do I need to prepare before a session?
You will be sent a questionnaire to complete so that you can tell me about your current symptoms and challenges.
What if I’m unsure if this is right for me?
What is your Cancellation/Refund policy?
Individual coaching session fees are charged at the time of booking via my online booking system.

If you can no longer attend a booked session, the usual procedure is that we agree to rearrange your session for another date. You should provide at least 24 hours notice to me via email. If 24 hours notice is not given, your session will be cancelled and no refunds will be provided.

If for any medical reason you are no longer able to complete any coaching sessions, you will be given a refund. We will ask for proof from your doctor.

For my 12-week programme, please book in for a call so that we can discuss the payment options and cancellation/refund policies.
What resources and materials do you provide?
For individual sessions I will email you lots of helpful resources and materials afterwards, depending on your needs.

My programme includes an online portal where all your resources and materials are available and yours to keep.

Do you offer workplace training or talks on menopause?
Yes! I deliver informative, inclusive, and evidence-based sessions for workplaces designed to raise awareness, support employees and equip managers with the tools they need. Get in touch for a quote.

Do you offer 1:1 support for our employees?
Yes — in addition to workplace presentations, I also offer quick and easy access to 1:1 support for employees who may be struggling with their menopause symptoms.
This can be arranged as part of your wellbeing offering or provided as a follow-up option after a group session. It’s a confidential space where staff can get personalised menopause guidance, support and practical strategies personalised to their specific challenges.
